With somewhere in the vicinity of a million miles of air travel, I have come to promptly note the difference in service and attitude of those whose daily job is working with the traveling public. I was a 'hard sell' in the 90's to be willing to make plane changes and give up my assigned seating but WOW, OH BOY have I come to appreciate the superior SERVICE and ATTITUDE of Southwest employees.
The Flight Attendants alone have won my loyalty but the entire Southwest work force is simply passionate about displaying a quality attitude especially towards their traveling customers. Time after time, at a ticket counter in Denver, 36,000 feet headed to Seattle or dealing with baggage in Cleveland, I am simply amazed at what tonic management has taken to be so proudly represented by enthusiastic employees!
Hey, I'm currently working diligently for almost nothing; maybe I should take the recommendation of the many Southwest Flight Chorus that urged me to join them! Thanks for hitting all the notes on PITCH Southwest!
