I love flying Southwest Airlines! They are almost always on time and if not, they are the first to admit it and offer their apologies. The crew members are always so friendly and this all equals an enjoyable flight. They also go to great measures to let you (the customer) know that they appreciate you and value you. This is something that other airlines do not demonstrate on a consistent basis. Anytime that I can, I fly SWA and I always end up as a happy, satisfied customer!
