My 31 year old daughter married and has one child is fighting stage iv melanoma,she has to fly to Houston.s MD Anderson for treatments,why doesnt Southwest give medical discounts to cancer patients.The hotels give them discounts.There have been times she has her flight booked but she gets through with her appt. early and wants to change to an earlier flight,she is sick and just wants to get home,Southwest charges out the butt for her to do this.Why? When someone in your family is diagnosed with this horrible disease it takes such an emotional and a financial toll on everyone.Please consider doing this for so,so many people who are struggling to just live.
