...And the Captain came back to get me!!!.....thanks to 2 of SW finest I was able to board my 1801 flt from Dulles after failing miserably to negotiate the snow and the tram on 2/2. Please let me know how I can let the big Gary know the quality of his team and why this is the only airline I fly. I have been telling this story every day!
