Our family loves Southwest! The employees are awesome and the commitment to safety is wonderful! Congrats on the new planes Southwest!!
We are hopeful that one day assigned seating becomes the norm for Southwest. It is always a little stressful hoping we get high enough in the seating queue for the family to sit together.
