Hey Brian -
One of the other really fun things about Flight Memory is that you can share your log with friends so that they can talk behind your back even easier about how crazy you are. I've got two of my own, one for paid travel, and one for my non-rev flying I did last summer. Any chance you want to share yours with all of us so we can see just how much crazy flying you've gotten to do over the years?

I was just wondering if Southwest did anything fun for April Fools day like some other holidays. Nicely done...

1. To everybody on the Nuts about Southwest Blog team, thank you for allowing an open dialog here on the blog for people to voice their concerns. It truly speaks to the faith you have in Southwest to allow others to say that they are disappointed in the carrier. Well done, this is how a blog is supposed to work.
2. As a former intern in the maintenance area, I have seen first hand how dedicated Southwest mechanics are, and how carefully they check each and every plane that rolls into the hangar. I have always had, and will continue to have, 100% confidence in an aircraft that Southwest says is safe to fly. You'll see me on board another Southwest plane the next time I have a reason to fly, I'll always be a dedicated customer and a big fan.

Great comments and I think these are all reasons that Southwest is tops in the customer service field. I know that you and your team follow these principles, but so do front line CSAs and Ops Agents. I know that flights may be delayed for whatever reason, but some airlines don't understand that just sympathizing a bit makes a Customer feel much better. (Of course, they also don't feel the need to capitalize Customer.)
Although I've never had the occasion to write about an unfavorable Southwest trip (because I've never had one!), I'm sure I would appreciate that you would write me a personal letter. Some of your competitors (like an unnamed legacy carrier) might try that next time...a 1 paragraph response generally is inadequate to address a 3 page letter.
Bravo to you and your Team for the work you do, and the principles you bring to Southwest.

2. MDW - 223 - 29 gates, 47 nonstop cities
3. PHX - 206 - 24 gates, 42 nonstop cities
4. BWI - 178 - 26 gates, 39 nonstop cities
5. OAK - 142 - 11 gates - 20 nonstop cities
6. HOU - 140 - 17 gates, 28 nonstop cities
7. DAL - 131 - 14 gates, 15 nonstop cities
8. LAX - 120 - 11 gates, 19 nonstop cities
9. MCO - 108 - 12 gates, 34 nonstop cities
10. SAN - 95 - 10 gates, 15 nonstop cities
Keep up the fun games!
