The people who are backing this ridiculous 25 year old relic and the degrading treatment of a fellow passenger and humanbeing should hang their heads in shame.
Kevin Smith was an unfortunate victim and clearly isn't too fat to fly which Linda was supposed to be making clear in this blog as a way of apologising to the guy and making things right to avoid a lawsuit but obviously Linda is as competant as her colleagues.
