Shame on SWA! Loyal, unsuspecting passengers deserve better than this. My cousin flew on a SWA flight recently, and said that his flight was prolonged because the landing gear would not deploy. The captain had to circle around for about an hour until the landing gear opened up. Customers beware! Your life is worth more than this. Pay a little extra, but don't sacrifice your life for some cheap fare!!
