A very bad change here. BS coupons on early flights are now useless-another service paid for and not received.
The tan books have no expiration date-how can you legally impose one now?
Southwest is now just one of the bunch,with little to distinguish it from all the others,and since WN's fares are often higher,I will now give up loyalty to WN for the lowest fare.
