In regards to #4. One thing that I've done to allow more productive time on the short trips from Dallas to Austin is put my tasks in a Paper Planner. This way, I don't have to wait for the announcement to get out my laptop. I currently use the Bubble Planner to keep all of my goals and tasks. This has given me an extra 30 minutes of productive time on every trip.
