Until and unless Southwest joins the civilized world and allows travelers to choose their seats in advance, I will never fly your airline again. The gate agents ignore those people who insist on boarding in the first group even though they are not part of that group. After waiting in line for over an hour to get an "A" boarding pass, dozens of pushy, obnoxious people pushed their way ahead and boarded before I did. When I complainted to the gate agents, they couldn't have cared less. Yours is the WORST airline I've ever flown and I have shared my experience with others in order to discourage them from flying your airline.
