I recently applied online for an administrative position. Through research, I've learned the name of my prospective supervisor. Would it help or hurt to contact him/her directly with a cover letter and resume? It's been a strategy that's worked well for me in the past, but I'm not sure if be considered enterprising or intrusive at SWA.
