This thread has been incredibly helpful, so I am hoping someone can answer some questions for me. I submitted a resume a few weeks ago for a corporate position. Now the career section of your website has changed and it looks like resumes can be submitted in different formats. Should I submit a new resume, and is there any way to find out when a position will close?
