we are frequent flyers and love the service at southwest. we fly from bwi to alabama every 2 months. great service,friendly and helpful staff. we fly to birmingham airport but have to drive north 2 hours to our destination. we have a question .will southwest in the future add huntsville/decatur airport in north alabama to their future schedule of flights. just wondering...... keep up the good work..
