I'm attending a MBA at Robert Kennedy College (Zurich, Switzerland) and I am currently undergoing a case-study assignment on Southwest airlines.
As a first stage on my investigation, I'm searching about what exactly is Southwest's Strategy in the Aviation Industry. Thus, I would be very much thankful if any one could me some enlightenment on this issue, please.
