I must say. It appears that almost all these agents at SFO lack professionalism. Although it may be a better investment to hire lower class blue colored non educated citizens. IT TRULY shows in the lack of customer service. The only thing that keeps SOUTHWEST alive are their competitive rates. Now that Us Airways and Virgin have decreased their rates, I can honestly say this airline has lost a customer. Very disappointing, but then again, you get what you pay for right?
