Southwest Airlines Community

First of all, I've carefully read both stories. Second, four years ago, my family and I debarked on a trip to Las Vegas. On both flights, you lost our luggage; second, the four of us, including our children, were seated involuntarily separate on BOTH flights after our protesting; third, your pilot on the flight to Vegas joking around about the plane possibly not being able to take off because the plane was full didn't go down too well with me at all. So after reading both stories of this sordid tale, I've come to the conclusion that Southwest Airlines is now called the "Airline of Assholes" and we will NEVER, repeat, NEVER again fly with your airline. I will GLADLY pay $20 a bag to fly on any other airline in the world - even Iran Air if they offer flights to Las Vegas. People, here me out - Southwest Airlines is full of assholes; they are not worth the bother. ... View more
