I was very impressed with the way they set up the Southwest restaurant area, it was very inviting to the public, however the outer portion of the area has cushioned lounge chairs which has now been taken over by street bums, they lay on these cushions and sleep without a care in the world, I do understand that it is open to the public, I just thought it to be turn off, as I wouldnt want to sit on these lounges after they are on them, they harbor bed bugs, etc..... and the lounge chairs are filthy. It does not compliment the Southwest Idea.
