I enjoy the friendly attitude of most of your flight attendants and customer service agents. The casual way the attendants take care of the mundane (safety) is always refreshing. Heck, sometime I even listen to then now. What I would like to see is the ability to book flight and have my disability needs (pre boarding) listed so I don't feel like I have to beg the counter agent for a pre-boarding pass. I never know if I will get the yellow slip or the blue sleeve.
