I'll help you a little with my hometown, MKE. See how the passenger counts look during the first 120 days of operation up there. If you've got just one spare jet come March 13th, think of a MKE/STL route. That would add nicely to your direct and connecting service into and out of Brewtown complimenting your initial service to Kansas City. Some destinations to/from MKE are just "too hard" on day one I but understand the need to walk before you run.
