Natalie, we did upgrade our technology and made, hopefully (!), some good improvements to our Career page and to the user's experience of reviewing our current job listings and submitting a resume. We timed this upgrade with the closure of several positions (with a few exceptions). If you submitted a resume, we have it and there is no need to submit another one. For many of our positions, we do not have predetermined close dates. We keep a position open until we believe that we have sufficient volume and quality of candidates. My advice is to apply at the time you see the job listing rather than wait. Also, with our new technology, you will be able to automate your job search with Southwest Airlines Job Alerts and get notified immediately when new jobs that meet your criteria become available.
