I fly the PVD-PITT route 1-2 times most weeks, and other PVD through PHL routes on a regular basis for work, and find this news distressing. I made a commitment to SWA and feel like they have let me down. I can accept less service, but none:-( I like the employees and the big plane (hate small planes/regional jets) and now will have less opportunity to fly SWA. Commuting to work will be more stressful.
