Are u people kidding? Really? Tell u what....Go across the tarmac in Atlanta and try working for widget city air lines with their "direct relationship" and see how well u relate directly. Your Southwest CEO earns near the bottom of the airline CEO's salary while u r @ the top in every job classification.
