Hi Southwest,
I am shocked to hear of this. I always thought Southwest was one of the safest carriers and the cheapest. I will have to say I was seriously wrong and will re-evaluate my choices in the future. I will pay extra to ensure my life and safety because whats a few extra bucks versus your life.
