I want to pack my clothes in vacume pack bags, the kind that you suck the air out of with a vacume. I also will be visiting family and will be bringing home a quilt, I would like to put it in a vacume bag as well. Is this permitted in checked luggage? If it is opened it will expand and won't go back in the bag. I leave tomorrow the 12th of July.
