James great article. It is always good to be reminded about what to do and what to expect. There are a coupld of things that I have observed about the boarding process. What people don't understand that if you have an A boarding group then that means that you are going to get a seat that is either an aisle or a window seat. I was on a flight from Baltimore to Phoenix and this poor old man was in the "A" boarding group and he was sitting down next to the line and these other people came and barged their way in front of him. When it was time to get on the plane everybody was standing up and he went to get in line and they literally yelled at him that he was cutting in the line. This poor man was so confusedabout it . I went over to the gate agent and told her the situation. She grabbed him and let him preboard. I love Southwest and how they truly love their customers. And I love how they board. Everybody gets a seat.
