This is a great post and completely authentic when it comes to the Southwest brand. I flew with 3 different airlines in July 2011, one of which was Southwest Airlines. The difference between Southwest and all US based competition is like night and day. From the initial phone calls, to airport check-in and actual in-flight experience, everything about Southwest was not only better but easier too. There are plenty of smart brands out there but the best ones touch the heart as well as the mind. Southwest truly does lead with LUV.
