I've been a frequent flyer on Southwest for several years now. I fly from Houston to Nashville and back often. I'm finding myself arriving to and from my destination later and later. The flight delays, for one reason or another, are getting redicilous! A delay so late in January caused me to miss picking up a rental car (ALAMO refused to wait 45 minutes after I contacted them and told them my situation) and having to stay in a hotel in Nashville.
My recent round trip, withh a delay out of Hobby, was horrible. After a long wait in the airport I get on the plane and sit in front of a lady with a child who screamed and kicked my seat for the entire 1 hour 45 minute flight!! Come on SWA step up to the plate!!!
