Okay all of the people saying he is doing this because he wants publicity honestly ask yourselves if he wasnt famous and he made a fuss wouldnt you just say oh hes a nobody seeking his 15 minutes of fame thats the way americans seem to be say either its a celebraty seeking publicity or a nobody wanting there spotlight time sometimes people just have to realise not everything is about fame/publicity

This is the biggest load of Corporate B.S. I have ever read. You are the worst apologisers in the history of apologies. I actually think he should have used more colourful language with you as that is all that ever gets a big corporations attention. The point he was making wasn’t about the policy being wrong it was about it not being applicable.
