I had not flown SW for years until last Sept. I went to Las Vegas, Spokane then to Portland on to Oakland and back to Phx. All of the flights had flight attendants and even a pilot that sang to us except from Oakland to Phx. It was wonderful to be entertained like that. Awesome crews that SW has working for them. Not to mention the luggage is free. SW is my airline now.
