If you're not going to invest in better customer service, at least hire a better PR team:
"we stand by that 25-year-old policy. This has our attention, and we will be reviewing how and when this delicate policy is implemented."
In this last sentence, I believe they meant to use the word "enforced" rather than "implemented." The policy was apparently "implemented" 25 years ago, right?
