Southwest is my favorite airline and I would rather fly with them than any other airline... I find that the flights are cheaper and the service is wonderful! My only wish is that Southwest would allow small pets as I often have to fly through substandard airlines due to this "no pets" rule. Please reconsider this rule as you could ALWAYS count on my business as well as others if the rule was changed.
As for all of the complainers out there... it's really not Southwests fault that you missed the discount and for those who had delays due to mechanical issues, I would think you would be happy that the airline is putting safety first.
