I have never seen anything like the chaos at LAX for cases coming off the carousels that SW must have bought from a 3rd world country, the damage to cases was unbelievable and the line to report lost and damaged cases was longer than anything this traveller has ever experienced. Once at the head of the line the disinterest of SW staff was also incredible and to cap it all the helpline number is not answered. No compensation has been offered, take my advice.....boycott Southwest and save your sanity.
Oh and if you do have to contact them it can only be done in writing or phone, they do not have a facility to contact them directly on their website.
