this new stupid system sucks big time! they're trying to make up the money for the fees they don't charge for extra bags! i used to love this airline and take more thant the required 8 round trips to get the award every year and now you have to buy the highest price ticket how many times to get one??? bulls@#$!. the only good thing about them now is that if you book a flight and miss it or don't use it it goes into a credit that u can use anytime, not like other airlines where you have to pay to change it...but who knows, they'll probably start charging for that too! i'm soooo discouraged with them now! :o(
