I do love SW and do like the ABC method you use. Seems fair to me. Also love the way the staff jokes with you and the Pilot comes on and tells you the route you will be flying and when there is something of interest out the windows. Just a nice touch for those of us that don't fly every week. Thanks for your less expensive prices but please let us book more in advance! It is hard to plan a vacation waiting for you to move your dates forward so we can book. Sometimes it just gets too close for comfort and we have to book another airline which is NOT what we want to do! That is the only thing I have a problem with. We otherwise love SW!!
