To whom it may concern
I am a student at Capella University and Southwest Airlines are mentioned on our classes as an example of a good business providing great services to the masses. My last assignment we had to talk about Southwest web page. I notice the "turkey" for the luggage advertising, and I am assuming SWA choose the "turkey" for the Thanksgiving occasion. My curiosity would like to know if you are going to use Scrooge for Christmas.
