You make us want to fly through Houston just so you can handle my bags!! My daughter and I fly Southwest exclusively all the time between the East and West coasts because she is now a brand new young actress. Quite a lot of opportunity for our bags to get lost, but we've NEVER had even a small problem thanks to people like you.
So you wanted to do the commercial -- and you made it happen!! Good for you! Maybe one day you and she will get one together - the infrequent actress/frequent passenger and Freddie "the bags" Braggs! ha ha!
