Your redesigned website looks good. One small error I noticed is that in the Check In Online box it states "Your Confirmation Number uses the letter O and I ...". I think it should be "letters" instead of "letter".
For that matter, why don't you just convert the zero and one to I and O automatically since zero and one are never used? Then the customer doesn't have to deal with the issue.
