It's a shame to see the additional cutbacks in your FLL-MCO service. I fly it regularly and the flights always seem full, but I guess you really don't want to be bothered with the quick-hop intra-Florida business anymore and would rather just do the $$$ long hauls. Hopefully Florida will finally build the bullet train from MIami to Orlando, as it's going to be difficult structuring my business travel around your four flights a day. I think CO still flies FLL-MCO, though it is with 19 pax turboprops; not the most comfortable plane in the world but I may have to suck it up if the schedules are better and more frequent.

Just switch to freakin' assigned seats already... was never in favor of it before, but with this Early Bird lottery thrown into the mix, assigned seats would be better, easier and certainly less confuising.
Apparently you no longer want to have a unique niche and want to be like all the other guys, so why not go all the way?

I love Dr. Seuss too, but instead of focusing on this stuff, shouldn't you be inspecting the planes to make sure they're safe?
Last year when the safety story broke Southwest assured us that it was nothing and there was no real violation; however, the $7.5 million in fines levied today by the FAA would seem to indicate otherwise. I'm really hesitant to fly your airline again if your planes aren't safe. And I wonder how much you are going to have to raise fares to cover these big fines - I suppose SWA won't be the low-fare leader anymore.
