I have traveled 3 times with the new system, the first time it was confusing and now it is just fun. Out of PHL they actually make it fun. Jokes, lighthearted comments. Everyone enjoys and laughs, even when a flight to Columbus was weather delayed by 7hrs. those of us who waited and flew had no complaints.
The innovative system takes some getting use to but seems to be working well.
Keep up the good work.

What a great addition. I love to see the specialty plane fly in and out. People have no idea what they are. Needless to say I inform them. I have flown SWA since they started service out of PHL. I have been lucky enough to fly on Maryland one, and have pictures of 4 more. I always have my camera ready for pics. My goal is to fly on all of them some time in my life, esp the one decorated with the kids art work.
I just LUV SWA, they have given me,more opportunities then I could have dreamed of. Thank you SWA

Ok, I knew it had to happen some time, for the first time in almost 4 yrs of flying SWA I had a flight cancelled, PHL to CMH, on 21st, then couldn't get the next flight because there wer no seats. Thank you for Text messaging, I was only about 10 mins from home and didn't get to the airport to find it cancelled. After a few calls I did find out that there were seats on the later flight, all seats had been pulled for us that booked that flight that was cancelled. But I could only get a seat at the airport. I did go down and mannaged to secure a seat, but it was a learning lesson for all of us,(3 reservation agents, supervisor and me) as to how to get one of those seats, with out going thru security, checking bags and not cancelling the flight I had rebooked for the am, just in case this flight didn't go. It was really bad weather in midwest and east. I did get thru with my new boarding pass, then found out the the flight was delayed, and delayed, and delayed again. But SWA pulled all the strings to get us off the ground 3 1/2 hrs later and in to Columbus as the last flight in. Thank you for all the efforts and believe it ,a really smooth flight, that got in ahead of its arrival time. I think the pilot broke the speed limit if there is one for air ways, so we could get there. I had a lovely visit with relitives, after my nsg seminar was cancelled. And a Great flight home on Sun. Thank all the people involved it getting this flight to completion. I LUV SWA and always fly it if they go there.

I'm disappointed in the new baggage regs. I travel to see my daughter and granddaughter in FL frequently. I liked SW because I could bring all the gifts and not have to ship them. I am one of those who do 3 bags more then 1/2 the time I travel. Most time the bags wt. was about 35-45lbs, because it was easier for me to handle as I usually fly alone. PLEASE reconsider. I fly SWA exclusivly if SWA goes there. The rates are up but Ding and specials still beat the otherr carriers. I still LUV SWA.

I miss Airline so much. I have so many Luv ly stories about my trips on Southwest. The best being the 2005 SuperBowl in Jacksonville. Some day I'll share it. As for the caption "Southwest LUV says it ALL"
