fly S/W 49 weeks a year and wouldn't fly with no other airline. I start out in ST Louis ever Monday and return on Friday. The crew at the ST Louis hub is the best in my eyes and it is good to see what they do and how they go out of there way to ensure that all goes well. I would like to see S/W start putting can ice tea on all their flights. The men that work curb side check in are a great group and they ensure that they help to start your trip out on a up note.
I go into a lot of S/W locations and in my 6 years traveling with S/W I have never met a unhappy employee and in all my time with S/W you have only lost my bags two times and had them within 5 hours. I like to go back to the and pick up my own bags and this give me time to talk with the crew in lost baggage, they are a great group. I would like to say that all S/W employees’ are great team were ever I travel to or from.
