I fly SWA every chance I get. When I was working for a defense contractor and had to travel, I always used SWA even though our travel department didn't want us to (they received no kick-backs from SWA like the other airlines). I knew that most chances I could get a direct flight flying out of the BWI hub and seldom was I ever late and not once in all the years I travel did I not have my luggage arrive with me. I was so happy when you opened service to Panama City as that was the one place I traveled to frequently and I had to fly another airline. It was almost a guarantee that I would be late or my bags would not arrive with me. Unfortunately after 28.75 years, I got laid off and never got to fly there on SWA. Now I fly SWA to visit my daughter in KY. She lives in Lexington so I fly to Louisville and drive the hour+ to her house.
