This is FANTASTIC, I recently moved North of Milwaukee after living in Chicago for 44 years and flying nothing but Southwest for the last twelve (99% business). I was driving the two hours to Midway almost every week, the road construction was draining me so I started flying less desirable airlines out of Mitchell.
Soutwest sent me a survey asking what they can do to improve service, I told my story and asked them to start service out of Mitchell, I guess if you don't ask you'll never get it.
