Personally, I don't think that the ticket prices should increase for all passengers to make Wi-Fi free. Quite honestly, it's not free if it's added to the ticket cost. Not everyone will use this service so it's nof fair to have everyone subsidize it for those who will use it. "Pay per use" is the most fair way to do it. As suggested by others on this thread, for those who want it, it would be nice to pay for it when you book and pay for your airfare. On another note, Southwest is the best airline, hands down. I fly with Southwest because of their fair pricing and on-time record. Other airlines charge more and have a terrible on-time record. Southwest, you are truly amazing . Keep up the great service; I am one happy customer.
