"If a Customer cannot comfortably lower the armrest and infringes on a portion of another seat..." Mr. Smith DID pass the arm rest test. Furthermore he is using his platform to stand up for people who don't have one. If he passed this test then SouthWest has no place to stand on this issue.
I'm not asking you to change your policy, I'm saying I won't be spending my money with your airline anymore. I disagree with any company that can state it has a policy then ignores it and humiliates someone.
