There is a good reason why you are Southwest's President. The words speak for what you are about and reflect the company behind them. I do not travel often...as old mentality has made me cautious about going places and being within my means...for the good service I am sure Southwest provides.
I can not explain why I am even taking the time to compare railway economy to airfares. I am glad I did though. If capital letters could express as You did,,,
