I love love love love love Southwest Airlines and could write for hours why I LOVE YOU GUYS. However, there is one itty bitty thing that I'd like to mention that I hesitated on because it's a slight bit negative. But Southwest, you are so so great and I feel that I need to point this out as I don't know if I'm the first. But recently you guys have been putting on commercials that show your employees and your patrons on the slightly ditzy side and I really would hate for people to get the opinion that you are anything but professional and caring. A little humor goes a long way but humor that ends up making fun of yourselves TOO MUCH or your customers TOO MUCH takes away from your image as an intelligent, caring, and serious about your product. Of course we want to know that Southwest is very serious about the health and safety of your customers and we'd like to keep that image. If you're going to go the route of making fun of your customers and staff as if we're bumbling new husbands and fathers as a lot of other commercials have fallen into I'm afraid your company will suffer. Please by all means keep things that can be... on the light side, but make sure your goal of safety and trust of the staff is still number one. Southwest in practice is an excellent and reliable airline and I'd like for the general public to inow that and trust it's reputation. Thanks for listening.
