As a kid, I used to fly into GSP on the mighty Eastern 727s to see family every summer. It was a beautiful airport then as it is now. However, if you want to fly into GSP these days you then are mostly forced to fly in cramped regional jets and making connections to get there. Service is spotty at best. That is, until now!
I am thrilled to hear of Southwest's arrival into GSP! The good folks of the foothills of northwest South Carolina and those of us who visit deserve to have Boeing aircraft service this fine area... and the best part? It's a canyon blue Southwest Boeing 737, the best airline out there!!! Many happy landings my friends!!!
