Huge kudos goes out to Southwest Airlines. Scott and I were trying to figure out a way to reward such a selfless act (though its hard to do that regardless), SWA stepped up and helped us by really bringing our online relationship full circle and allowing us to meet in person at this conference.
Southwest has always been a personable and caring company in my eyes, offline - now goes the same, online.
