Southwest has always been my favorite airline. they are the best with customer service than any other airline. Their seats are the most comfortable more leg room that others. And most of all, they do not charge for bags. Bags fly free, is the most money saving and best part about flying Southwest. Please don't ever change and follow the other moruns in the industry.
